professional development tools a leader needs to grow their career and their purpose-driven membership organization, like associations and nonprofits.
After signing on with HubSpot, they needed help managing their Sales and Marketing hub platform. It was especially challenging because they operate multiple channels i.e., their website, a learning system website as well as an events website. Their customer data was spread across various areas and disparate systems. They had different platforms for LMS, eCommerce, Digital Events, email automation, existing CRM Ontraport, communications, meetings, and so on.
One of the main reasons they signed up for HubSpot is to bring all their data and all their tools together in one place. Their goal was to have all the systems work seamlessly together, so their team could more effectively market their content and courses.
