Goals
The Rockefeller Habits is a methodology used by many companies to improve their strategic planning and execution processes. At Elastik Teams, we also follow the Rockefeller Habits and set three goals each quarter to align our efforts and achieve our strategic objectives.
1st goal is related to the personal goal
2nd goal is related to the project an individual is working on
3rd goal is related to giving back to the community
At Elastik Teams, we believe that setting clear and achievable goals each quarter helps us stay focused and aligned, and ultimately enables us to achieve our long-term strategic objectives.
1:1 Sessions
At Elastik Teams, we believe in maintaining open communication and building strong relationships between team members and their reporting managers. To facilitate this, we have established a one-on-one meeting program between team members and their reporting managers that occurs on a monthly basis.
During these monthly one-on-one meetings, team members have the opportunity to discuss their progress, goals, and challenges with their reporting managers in a private and supportive setting. The reporting managers provide feedback and guidance to help team members achieve their objectives and overcome any obstacles they may be facing. The meetings also allow for open and honest communication, which can help build trust and rapport between team members and their reporting managers.
