Goals

The Rockefeller Habits is a methodology used by many companies to improve their strategic planning and execution processes. At Elastik Teams, we also follow the Rockefeller Habits and set three goals each quarter to align our efforts and achieve our strategic objectives.

1st goal is related to the project an individual is working on.

2nd goal is related to learnings and upskilling.

3rd goal is related to giving back to the tech community.

At Elastik Teams, we believe that setting clear and achievable goals each quarter helps us stay focused and aligned, and ultimately enables us to achieve our long-term strategic objectives.

1:1 Sessions

At Elastik Teams, we believe in maintaining open communication and building strong relationships between team members and their reporting managers. To facilitate this, we have established a one-on-one meeting program between team members and their reporting managers that occurs on a monthly basis.

During these monthly one-on-one meetings, team members have the opportunity to discuss their progress, goals, and challenges with their reporting managers in a private and supportive setting. The reporting managers provide feedback and guidance to help team members achieve their objectives and overcome any obstacles they may be facing. The meetings also allow for open and honest communication, which can help build trust and rapport between team members and their reporting managers.

Shark Tank – Elastik Teams

In a thrilling and innovative session at our company, reminiscent of the hit TV show Shark Tank, four dynamic teams, led by our expert functional consultants, showcased an array of entertaining and imaginative products to our panel of discerning “sharks.” Each team meticulously presented their product, divulging essential details such as product cost, manufacturing expenses, and their funding requirements. The atmosphere crackled with energy as our sharks, seasoned investors within the organization, grilled the teams with insightful questions and engaged in spirited negotiations. This exciting event not only encouraged innovation and creativity within our teams but also demonstrated the company’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit and driving forward-thinking product development.
