We believe each team member should grow professionally and personally. From a learning perspective, we take 3 goals each quarter in alignment with the organizational goals and personal goals.


At Elastik Teams, we believe that collaboration is not just essential for delivering successful projects, but also for promoting our team members to get to know each other on a personal level, strengthen their relationships, and foster a sense of belonging.

In addition, we use various collaboration tools and technologies to enable communication and collaboration among our team members like Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. We encourage open communication and feedback within our team. We believe that by providing feedback, both positive and constructive, we can help each other grow, learn, and improve.

Book Reading Session

At Elastik Teams, we believe in continuous learning and development, both professionally and personally. We organize book-reading sessions to promote a culture of learning and sharing knowledge. We select a book relevant to our industry or that aligns with our company values and share it with our team members. During the book reading session, our team members can share their thoughts, ideas, and perspectives on the book.

The session is led by a facilitator who helps guide the discussion and ensure that everyone can contribute. The discussion often revolves around the key concepts and themes of the book, how they relate to our work, and how we can apply them in our day-to-day activities. The book reading sessions help to promote a culture of continuous learning and development within our team.

Team Members Organizing The Events

We believe that by giving our Team members the responsibility to organize events, we can promote a sense of ownership and pride in their work. It also provides an opportunity for our team members to develop new skills, such as event planning, and leadership.

To facilitate employee-organized events, we have a process in place that encourages our team members to propose ideas and receive support and guidance from the management team. Our team members are encouraged to think creatively and come up with unique ideas that align with our company values and promote employee engagement.
